Please read the following policies, terms and conditions before submitting any order to Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc (MCS). These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any online order, whether or not http://www.multicom-cs.com, signs such terms or conditions.  MCS reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 



PRIVACY POLICY (Top)



               At Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc. We value your privacy. Your personal information is for use by MCS only. This information is kept on a secure database to protect it from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s).  Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that might be interest to you.  Your personal information will not be sold and will not leave Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc. 



SECURED TRANSACTIONS  (Top)



               If using either Netscape or Internet Explorer as your web browser, your online transactions are fully encrypted and secured with 128-bit encryption technology when you place orders at http://www.multicom-cs.com.



ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY (Top)



               Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.  MCS reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. MCS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders are subject to thoroughly research before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by MCS. Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc. may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.  Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc. urges you to confirm your purchase and personal information before submitting any orders. 



ORDER CANCELLATION  (Top)



               Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order.       



BACKORDERS  (Top)



               At Multi-Com Computers & Systems Inc. we make every effort to provide you with up-to-the-minute inventory status and product availability information.  Due to the fact that our online store consists of a large quantity of products, an item may not always be in stock. MCS may accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available.  



MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY  (Top)



               All returns and replacements after the first 15 days of invoice date must be handled directly through the manufacturer anytime. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.  Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information. 



RETURN POLICY  (Top)

Our items came with a 30 Day Dealer Guarantee against defects. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Before returning any item, you must contact MCSs Return Department via rma@multicom-cs.com within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to the following restocking fee schedule:

      1st -  15th day after invoice date: 20% restocking fee

      16th 20th day after invoice date: 30% restocking fee

      21s t - 30th day after invoice date: 45% restocking fee 

No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number or 30 days after the invoice date. No RMA# will be issued over the phone. All requests have to be filed in writing along with the detail description of the request. For all items that are physically damaged or missing parts by the time you've received the item(s), you (the customer) must contact MCS and the shipping company within 24 hours.  All returns are subject to the following terms:

  1. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
  2. Returns should be shipped insured, as MCS assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.
  3. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us.
  4. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. A RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date issued.  The RMA number must appear on your return packing label.  All products must be in ORIGINAL condition and in ORIGINAL BOX and PACKAGING and with all (blank) warranty cards, manuals, cables and accessories. Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, opened software and special order items may only be returned for defective replacement.
  5. The refund values are based on the current market price, if the price dropped. And the difference is not-refundable.
  6. Software purchases are not refundable.


SHIPPING POLICY  (Top)



Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items and the destination zip code for your shipment. On orders with multiple shipments, the shipping charges are calculated separately. Shipping charges are non-refundable on all shipments. An additional charge will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused. Please keep in mind that the shipping process starts as to after we process the order.   



If the shipping charge appears to be $0.00 or not appears on your order form, a shipping charges information will be sent to you via email.



No order / shipping of any kinds will be processed during holiday. All orders / shipping will be process on the next  business day, after the holiday.



SHIPPING ADDRESSING (Top)



  1. MCS will only ship order(s) to the credit card billing address or address(es) that added to the credit card as additional address(es).
  2. If you would like to use an address that does not added to your credit card, please call your credit card customer service to add the address to your credit card as an additional address.
  3. If your shipping address can not be verified by our ordering system the order(s) will be automatically shipped to your credit card billing address without notice. By order from  MCS you are agree to the above shipping-agreement and understood it completely and accepted this agreement.  
  4. If you would like to have your order shipped to an address that is not your credit card billing address or it is not on your Credit Card. To avoid the processing delay, please be sure to fill out the Credit Card Address Authorization Form after you've placed the order.


All shipping charges are non-refundable.



SALES TAX (Top)



               MCS charges sales tax on all sales and shipments to the state of TEXAS. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes. 



CREDIT CARDS  (Top)



               MCS accepts all major credit cards, and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and your credit card issuer’s telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.  



SERVICE AND SUPPORT  (Top)



                All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
               
MCS makes no guarantees of product reliability or compatibility. All compatibility-related questions must be directed towards the product manufacturer.

               Worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions protect all materials appearing anywhere on www.multicom-cs.com’s Internet site. None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or by any other means without the written consent of MCS. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on www.multicom-cs.com’s web site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

               MCS makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any sort with respect to the www.multicom-cs.com web sites, materials, their operation, information, contents, or Year 2000 compliance. www.multicom-cs.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any sort with respect to the sites or their use, including but not limited to merchantability and aptness for a particular purpose.  You, the purchaser, agree that MCS, its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives, shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content, or use of the www.multicom-cs.com web sites or the products sold therein.  You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any sort, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, identical, punitive and consequential damages. 



YEAR 2000 STATEMENT (Top)



               As MCS is not the manufacturer of any product we sell, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assume no liability for data loss or products that are not Year 2000 compliant. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to MCS, arising from any products sold on this site shall be the price of the product ordered, if found liable.  In no event shall MCS its directors, officers, employees and/or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the Year 2000 compatibility of products sold. 



TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS (Top)



            In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MCS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. MCS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, MCS shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
